About the role

  • Sales Associate at Switzerland's largest coliving provider focusing on customer acquisition in the Deutschschweiz. Managing the entire sales cycle and developing sales strategies in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new clients and source apartments, houses and projects throughout the German-speaking region of Switzerland
  • Independently generate leads through cold calling and outreach
  • Maintain and expand client relationships in the CRM
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from property viewings to portfolio integration
  • Develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent Swiss German as well as very good Standard German and English
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with enthusiasm for selling
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales or the real estate sector is an advantage
  • University degree is a plus
