About the role

  • (Junior) Sales Manager at Suffel focusing on logistics solutions and acquiring new clients in Rheinhessen region. Responsibilities include customer consultation and project support.

Responsibilities

  • Targeted identification, approach and acquisition of small and medium-sized companies as new customers in the Rheinhessen region (Alzey, Mainz and Bingen)
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our extensive product range of Linde forklifts and warehouse/industrial trucks, as well as our full range of industrial vehicles
  • Record customer requirements, prepare proposals and coordinate sales closings in cooperation with the internal sales team
  • Actively support territory sales representatives on large-scale projects
  • Represent the company, e.g., at trade fairs, and increase awareness of Suffel in your assigned territory

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training with strong technical understanding and solid business fundamentals
  • First professional experience in sales is an advantage — but motivated entry-level candidates interested in selling capital goods are also welcome
  • Possibility to work from home depending on local circumstances
  • Confident in cold calling and enjoy building new customer relationships
  • Strong customer focus — you understand customers' requirements and needs and can respond professionally
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated working style with high levels of self-organization and structure
  • Class B driving license to enable flexible coverage of your territory
