Responsibilities
Apoyar a la Gerencia Comercial de Ortopedia mediante el análisis de información de ventas, clientes, precios y productos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Dar seguimiento y control al desempeño de la fuerza de ventas a través de indicadores de cumplimiento, efectividad y productividad.
Analizar resultados de ventas para identificar tendencias, variaciones y oportunidades de mejora, y preparar reportes oportunos para el equipo comercial.
Monitorear y reportar indicadores de gestión que permitan evaluar el trabajo de campo y la eficiencia del equipo de ventas.
Brindar soporte analítico al equipo comercial en temas de ventas, comisiones, productos y desempeño del negocio.
Colaborar con áreas internas como Servicio al Cliente, Marketing, Finanzas y Legal para asegurar alineación y comunicación efectiva.
Recopilar, analizar y presentar informes periódicos y proyectos de Business Intelligence (BI) enfocados en el área de ventas.
Requirements
Formación superior en carreras administrativas o a fin
3-5 años de experiencia, preferiblemente en compañías multinacionales
Sólidos conocimientos en Power BI, Excel y Paquetería Office en general
