Support role for international sales handling spare part requests and technical inquiries. Includes internal order entry in SAP and coordination with various interfaces.
Responsibilities
Support our international locations regarding spare parts processes and technical inquiries
Enter internal quotations and orders in SAP, including delivery date tracking and coordination with the relevant interfaces
Identify spare parts using parts lists or technical documentation
Assist in determining pricing for spare part rates
Prepare pro forma invoices for export shipments
Coordinate international shipments and pickups and support shipment tracking
Create credit notes and invoices, and handle warranty processing
Technical specification and pricing for spare parts and spare-part kits
Proactively prepare spare parts lists for new projects
Manage returns, including issuing the corresponding credit notes
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training or commercial training with basic technical knowledge
Experience in international order processing
Proficient with MS Office and ideally SAP S/4
Structured, independent working style with a confident manner when dealing with external contacts
Strong service and customer orientation as well as the ability to work in a team
Exceptional communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
