About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for key account management and project coordination in logistics sector. Collaborating with international clients and colleagues to manage complex sales projects.

Responsibilities

  • Management of key accounts and maintenance of contacts in the CRM system
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and forecasts
  • Collaboration with international customers and colleagues
  • Tender management for international large-scale projects: evaluation and handling of complex enquiries, and sales of system solutions in intralogistics
  • Project management, including the planning phase and handover to subsequent business units
  • Development of customer-specific sales strategies
  • Improvement and optimization of products and processes

Requirements

  • Commercial training with strong technical understanding or vice versa; additional qualifications (e.g., certified business specialist/technician) or a university degree are desirable
  • Several years of sales experience in project business
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Knowledge of project management and experience with CAD software
  • Confident user of common Office applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips domestically and internationally
  • Flexibility, result-oriented approach, resilience, reliability and teamwork
