About the role

  • Growth and Performance Manager coaching and mentoring franchise partners at Success Tutoring in Melbourne. Delivering operational and commercial guidance for high-impact student outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, partnering closely with Franchise Partners to implement proven operational and growth strategies that ensure the success of every Success Tutoring centre.
  • Provide expert guidance to Franchise Partners on leveraging proven Success Tutoring methodology to ensure consistently outstanding tutoring delivery and exceptional student results.
  • Act as the performance coach, delivering tailored business reviews, operational guidance, and training that empowers Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and deliver outstanding student outcomes.
  • Support Franchise Partners to execute high-impact, hyper-local marketing campaigns, build strategic school partnerships, and run community engagement events that establish each centre as the undisputed go-to tutoring provider in its area.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all Success Tutoring systems and brand standards across all locations. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and uphold network excellence.

Requirements

  • A passion for education and coaching business owners to succeed.
  • Holds a current driver’s licence and own car for regular travel across Melbourne.
  • At least 2 years’ experience coaching operations or franchisees, tracking performance, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working through structured improvement programs and action planning.
  • Hands-on experience rolling out consistent standards and business programs.
  • Confidence delivering impactful group training and workshops that lift performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building – able to influence and motivate Franchise Partners.
  • Strong empathy combined with commercial pragmatism and accountability.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable holding others to high standards.
  • Natural problem-solver who remains calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
