Requirements
Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation
Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on AI fluency and experience in successfully embedding AI-tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability
Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
