Market Analytics & Insights Manager supporting business growth through accurate reporting and analysis across sales and marketing. Delivering reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards that support sales and marketing
Create standardized reporting packages and deliver ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
Stay current on data visualization best practices and recommend enhancements to tools, dashboards, and reporting processes
Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from CRM and related business systems to assess pipeline activity, win rates, sales cycle trends, and client behavior
Perform sales performance analysis, including KPI tracking, variance analysis, pipeline health reporting, backlog assessments, and forecasting support
Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, correcting gaps, and recommending process improvements across CRM and reporting systems
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Partner closely with business development, operations, finance, and marketing teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely analysis
Support strategic planning through ad‑hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and client insights that inform leadership decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales reporting, business analytics, or financial analysis; AEC industry experience preferred
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Deltek Vantagepoint, HubSpot)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and Power Query
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to interpret and clearly communicate complex data
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
