Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for DeepL’s partner ecosystem
Create enablement content spanning product knowledge, technical skills, tools/platforms, and business processes
Build and maintain a scalable partner enablement curriculum
Develop certification programs and learning paths tailored to different partner roles
Contribute to the management of the new partner portal and LMS
Ensure partners have access to up-to-date training materials
Create and deliver executive-level reporting on partner performance
Build trust and rapport with partners through exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Enable DeepL's GTM teams on partner ecosystem capabilities and co-selling strategies
Collaborate with Partner, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in enablement
4+ years in partner enablement, channel management, customer success, or related partner-facing roles
Familiarity with SaaS business models and software industry partner ecosystems
Learning Management Systems (LMS) and partner portal platform management (PRM)
