About the role

  • Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative promoting and selling Stryker healthcare products. Conducting evaluations and providing excellent customer service in field and office settings.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of products
  • Track territory progress and communicate wins with Regional Manager
  • Use product knowledge to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff of proper use and maintenance
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
  • Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
  • Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people
  • Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
