Requirements

  • Previous experience at a health or benefits brokerage, with expertise in quotation, implementation, and post-sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret commercial/sales data to propose strategic solutions to clients.
  • Maintain close, consultative relationships with health insurers, corporate clients, and internal teams.
  • Organized with an ownership mindset to manage the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to account maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to deliver a differentiated experience for corporate clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Relationship, Product, and Placement teams.
