About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for promoting medical devices and building relationships with healthcare facilities. Engaging with customers and developing strategic sales initiatives in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and reprocessed medical products to both new and existing customers
  • Create and manage lead generation plans
  • Inform customers of new products and pricing
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives in partnership with healthcare facilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff
  • Tailor specific action plans to meet customer needs
  • Foster long-term partnerships
  • Participate in or initiate business reviews
  • Keep current with product offerings and market trends
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of equivalent professional experience in sales or a related field
  • 2-5 years in outside commercial sales with a demonstrated record of achievement
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Background or previous sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Ability to confidently influence decision-makers and deliver impactful business reviews
  • Experienced in using CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast effectively
  • Highly proactive and capable of working independently
