Staff Implementation Engineer leading deployments of Vocera communication solutions across hospitals in Australia. Working with clinicians and IT teams to enhance communication and patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, installation, configuration and validation of Vocera communication systems.
Work with clinical teams to understand workflows and turn requirements into scalable system designs.
Integrate Vocera with nurse call, patient monitoring, EHRs, phone systems and other hospital technologies.
Deliver clear, engaging training to customer IT teams and support staff.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimise system performance and support customers through complex challenges.
Communicate proactively with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
Mentor internal colleagues and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
Maintain the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
4+ years in technical support or implementation across Windows & Linux environments
Experience in healthcare highly advantageous
Strong networking skills
Knowledge of TCP/IP, network security and load balancers highly advantageous
Experience integrating nurse call or monitoring systems highly regarded
