About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving sales and client relations for ISFORT in a hybrid working environment. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client offerings and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profit potential with assigned existing and top customers.
  • Present the ISFORT-office service portfolio on site at customers, including customer care and development.
  • Maintain personal contacts with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Responsible for sales and gross margin.
  • Work closely with colleagues in internal and field sales.
  • Develop offers and tenders conceptually.
  • Comprehensive reporting in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Ideally initial sales experience in office supplies or an ambitious career changer.
  • Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications.
  • Communicative, innovative, and a team player.
  • High self-motivation and negotiation skills.
  • Driving licence class B.
