Responsibilities
You manage and develop our top clients in close coordination with the Account Manager
You ensure smooth quotation creation and processing, route inquiries, and coordinate all internal departments for complex projects
You proactively support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of customer-specific agreements (e.g., framework agreements, delivery concepts), oversee their execution, and intervene actively in case of disruptions
You process customer orders and resolve open issues
You work closely with Account Managers and internal specialist departments (engineering, logistics, tendering team, etc.) to ensure a consistent customer approach (“One Voice to the Customer”) and seamless order processing
You support potential analyses and contribute to the creation and implementation of customer-specific development plans
You maintain sales-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems and regularly report defined KPIs to team leaders and Account Managers
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training and about 3 years of experience in sales – ideally in a trading company or a similar environment
Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong process and system understanding
Strength in needs analysis, consulting, and building long-term customer relationships
Team-oriented, strong coordination skills, and a solution-focused working style
Hands-on mentality and the ability to solve challenges independently
Very careful and reliable, structured and organized
