Responsibilities
You develop and manage a defined customer portfolio and build long-term, profitable partnerships.
You analyze existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
You create individual customer development plans tailored to the needs and goals of your customers.
You visit your customers regularly on site, provide personal consulting and continuously expand the collaboration.
You coordinate customer concerns with internal teams such as inside sales and technical support and ensure clear, consistent communication — in line with the “One Voice to the Customer” principle.
You monitor market and competitor developments, identify trends early and leverage resulting opportunities.
You handle tender processes, evaluate larger customer inquiries and work closely with the responsible teams.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training; further qualification as a business administrator (IHK) or technician is an advantage.
Sales experience in technical commerce, ideally in field sales.
Excellent communication, presentation and advisory skills.
Strong customer orientation and proven relationship management abilities.
Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
Strong process and systems understanding as well as analytical thinking.
High self-motivation, resilience and ability to work in a team.
Driver’s license class B.
