About the role

  • SDR role focused on lead prospecting and qualification in a dynamic sales environment based in São Paulo. Hybrid work model balancing in-office presence and home office flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive client prospecting via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and company criteria
  • Schedule qualified meetings for sales executives
  • Keep the CRM up to date, logging interactions and tracking lead progress
  • Provide strategic insights for continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Work consultatively with a focus on generating opportunities and meeting targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to maintain a structured routine
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Benefits
