About the role

  • Sales Development Representative supporting the sales pipeline for Kognitos, a company specializing in enterprise automation. Engaging in outreach and collaboration with Account Executives to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach — own your top of funnel
  • Partner with AEs across the full sales cycle — demos, lead execution, follow-ups
  • Represent Kognitos at conferences and industry events
  • Hit activity and pipeline targets consistently

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of sales or relevant experience
  • Entrepreneur mindset — treats pipeline like their own business
  • Hungry, coachable, not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Based in or able to work in Charleston, SC
  • Aspiring enterprise AE — this is a launchpad, not a landing spot
  • CRM experience, SaaS/tech exposure, interest in AI/automation
