About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the day-to-day operations of the Business Process Excellence (BPE) Team.
- Perform video editing tasks.
- Create graphics and visual designs.
- Update training materials and prepare engaging presentations.
- Manage and update social media content.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and a willingness to learn new software.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop (skills in these tools are a plus).
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Word with a good command of the English language.
- Capable of arranging event logistics.
- Experience in managing social media posts and basic photography skills.
