Requirements
7-8 years of relevant performance delivery experience in a healthcare setting
Resilience & Adaptability: comfortable working in the gray
Data Fluency: excellent data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools)
3+ years of direct people management
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust across all levels
Willingness to travel on occasion to medical groups (up to 25% of the time)
