Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily performance management & mentorship of our Inside Sales Representatives
Taking ownership of a team of 30-40 talented sales professionals—mentoring, motivating, and managing performance
Collaborating with the overall leadership team to accelerate growth, increase rep retention, and execute proven sales strategies
Requirements
5+ years in a product-based sales management role, including supervision/management of high-performance sales teams
Proven history of achieving & advancing goals in a sales-driven environment
High-performing leadership style
Clear, responsive, and consistent communicator
Experience in performance management reporting and delivery (one-on-one’s, bi-annual appraisals, etc.) and performance statistics review/analysis
Excellent ability to build genuine rapport with sales teams/employees
Knowledge of sales philosophies and approaches, including presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies
Self-motivated
Working knowledge and love of selling direct to consumers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems or applications while interacting with customers
