About the role

  • Sales Manager overseeing daily performance and mentorship of Inside Sales Representatives. Leading a team at a fast-growing consumer goods company with significant market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily performance management & mentorship of our Inside Sales Representatives
  • Taking ownership of a team of 30-40 talented sales professionals—mentoring, motivating, and managing performance
  • Collaborating with the overall leadership team to accelerate growth, increase rep retention, and execute proven sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a product-based sales management role, including supervision/management of high-performance sales teams
  • Proven history of achieving & advancing goals in a sales-driven environment
  • High-performing leadership style
  • Clear, responsive, and consistent communicator
  • Experience in performance management reporting and delivery (one-on-one’s, bi-annual appraisals, etc.) and performance statistics review/analysis
  • Excellent ability to build genuine rapport with sales teams/employees
  • Knowledge of sales philosophies and approaches, including presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies
  • Self-motivated
  • Working knowledge and love of selling direct to consumers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
  • Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems or applications while interacting with customers
