About the role
- Program Manager leading integrated teams to deliver on objectives for large water/wastewater projects. Overseeing project management and ensuring quality across various services and programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead an integrated program team of client and consultant staff to deliver on the mission and objectives of your assigned program
- Provide day-to-day leadership in virtual and hybrid settings
- Guide strategy and execution, and ensure processes and objectives are met
- Oversee a broad range of services, including program and project management
- Track performance across cost, schedule, scope, and quality for projects and the overall program
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 15 years managing large water/wastewater projects/programs, including 5 years leading teams
- 10 years’ overseeing programs with a large construction management element
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of water and wastewater utility infrastructure and construction processes
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety precautions, and construction principles
- Experience with program startup and sales support is desirable
- Ability to pass a background check due to work associated with critical infrastructure.
