About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist handling customer (distributor) queries and ensuring order management. Collaborating with sales and sharing skills for team development while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Propose process improvements and automations for efficiency; ensure compliance with all procedures
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address customer issues; master product knowledge
  • Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery; address issues promptly
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve disputes related to deliveries, returns, and pricing
  • Analyse KPIs with the team leader; ensure team training during absences
  • Share skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit

Requirements

  • Strong Dutch/French language skills along with operational English
  • SAP experience (Desirable)
  • PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
  • Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
  • Passionate to deliver great Customer Service
