About the role

  • Trading Support Specialist coordinating post-trade information and delivering insight on essential KPIs in a hybrid working environment. Engaging with various departments in a financial services setting.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact between trading and downstream departments
  • Monitoring key metrics such as position holdings, cash flow and P&L
  • Responsible for preparing and distributing regular reports
  • Preparation of cross‑functional ad-hoc reports and analyses
  • Monitoring trading costs and invoice verification
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of processes

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in finance (e.g., bank clerk), economics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interest in securities and capital markets
  • Quick learner with a high level of motivation
  • Enjoy working with large datasets
  • Independent working style and high quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Excellent German skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken
