Requirements
- 7-10 years of financial-related experience in a similar Business Analysis or system analyst role within a Financial institution or Trust department.
- Strong Business Analyst skills.
- Familiarity with developing detailed business requirements and specification documents.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach.
- Ability to manage complexity and multi-task across multiple deliverables.
- Ability to deliver quickly with minimal manager direction.
- A strong work ethic combined with composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Communication, strong interpersonal, relationship, and team participation skills.
- Preferred Skills/Experience: Knowledge of financial markets and securities operations, exposure to Trust/Fiduciary environment, good working knowledge of SQL, including basic development of database queries.
