Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements in partnership with personnel across departments.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into detailed user stories.
  • Review business processes from beginning to end and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
  • Document business needs and convert them into clear system requirements specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through enhanced processes or new technical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on system upgrades, software enhancements, and modifications.
  • Support strategy development related to process optimization.
  • Assist both end users and software developers by providing clarification on requirements and system behavior.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and support resolution efforts.
  • Conduct basic hardware or software repairs as needed.
  • Configure software systems in alignment with documented requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver reports related to software analysis or system performance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
  • Familiarity with user story creation and Agile project environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues and support system configuration.
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
