Responsibilities
Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation, and drafting written summaries and internal communications
Write and edit internal‑facing content, including daily growth status updates, opportunity summaries, and proposal support text (non‑technical)
Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy and prepare inputs for leadership reporting
Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents
Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high‑volume periods
Requirements
2-3 years of experience working with a proposal team or business development team
Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications
Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
