About the role
- Senior Associate managing day-to-day IT operations and end-user services for Riveron India. Requires experience in IT operations and collaboration with global teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing end-user assistance
- Manage laptop and asset lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, inventory tracking, and refresh cycles
- Act as the primary point of contact with the external Managed Service Provider (MSP) and ensure SLA adherence
- Support office IT infrastructure including networks, printers, meeting room AV and security tools
- Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, renewals, and asset tracking
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues and escalate when required
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and ISO-related requirements
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers
- Partner with global IT teams on system rollouts and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 - 7 years of experience in IT operations or end-user support roles
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac laptops and endpoint management
- Experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking basics, and IT security practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
