About the role

  • Bilingual Revenue Specialist performing revenue cycle duties for DaVita. Ensuring timely and accurate insurance claims and handling patient inquiries over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Perform revenue cycle duties including processing patient insurance information through the patient intake process
  • Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for patients or ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Communicate with patients and advocate on their behalf to help resolve disputes
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams and clinics to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
  • Maintain current patient account information and confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
