Responsibilities
Perform revenue cycle duties including processing patient insurance information through the patient intake process
Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for patients or ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
Communicate with patients and advocate on their behalf to help resolve disputes
Collaborate with revenue operations teams and clinics to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
Maintain current patient account information and confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
