About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate external service providers in the area of real estate/property.
- Participate in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, and in the administration and maintenance of land rights and easements.
- Serve as the interface between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for real property security measures along the planned route alignment.
- Support the preparation of approval documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
- Assist in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, mapping/surveys, or archaeological prospecting.
Requirements
- University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics/business administration, or law.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the area of real estate/property management.
- Solid knowledge of rights relating to infrastructure lines and property law, as well as experience working with the land cadastre/cadastral register.
- Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2), both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
