Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate external service providers in the area of real estate/property.
Participate in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, and in the administration and maintenance of land rights and easements.
Serve as the interface between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for real property security measures along the planned route alignment.
Support the preparation of approval documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
Assist in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, mapping/surveys, or archaeological prospecting.
Requirements
University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics/business administration, or law.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in the area of real estate/property management.
Solid knowledge of rights relating to infrastructure lines and property law, as well as experience working with the land cadastre/cadastral register.
Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2), both spoken and written.
Valid driver's license (Class B).
