About the role

  • Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
  • Pre- and post-admission support for resident intakes
  • Acquisition of new residents through close contact with physicians, hospitals and external referrers
  • Conducting discussions with residents and relatives, including complaint management
  • Administrative tasks in occupancy management, such as preparing residence contracts and care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing care professional
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems
  • Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident and solution-focused working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills
