Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Financial consolidation FCCS (Financial Consolidation and close) and HFM, ARCS and NRCS
- Should have worked on multiple end-to-end FCCS and HFM implementations and Delivery Management
- Demonstrate thought leadership in driving program strategy, planning, execution and delivery ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycles
- Strong stakeholder management and story-telling skills to communicate, facilitate and present cogently to, and across all levels of audiences within client organization, engagement teams, internal staff and management
- Experience in handling RFP response by collaboration and coordination with Sales, Delivery, Practice and other internal teams
- Should have strong functional knowledge of financial processes and EPM platform capabilities
