About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Sprinklr enhancing enterprise clients' experiences through relationship management and solution delivery. Utilizing analytics to improve customer engagement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship accountability, proactive communication, program management
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Build customer champions and advocates to articulate Sprinklr's value
  • Oversee customer adoption journey and ensure effective solutions
  • Ensure awareness of Sprinklr’s product and roadmap to customer stakeholders
  • Conduct regular customer cadences to align on value realization
  • Track customer health data and drive activities using insights
  • Implement playbooks for repeatable operating state
  • Drive self-service capabilities and recommend optimized feature use
  • Advocate for the customer with product and partnerships teams
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultant for upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Customer Success, Technical Account management, Technology Consulting or Technology Solutions Development
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformational programs across Fortune 100 enterprise clients’ customer experience functions
  • Ability to analyze customer’s usage data, KPIs and health indicators
  • Knowledge of marketing automation technologies, contact center technologies, digital transformation, AI solutions, and business analytics
  • Strong program management experience overseeing large teams
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers
  • Interest in continuously learning about tech industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
