Responsibilities
CRM-specialisten ansvarar för och driver aktiviteter med målet att öka medlemsantal, underlätta engagemang och minska avhopp.
Inom ramen för det arbete som CRM-specialisten driver, säkerställa kvalitet och leverans på övriga organisationen kring system, funktionalitet och det innehåll som krävs för att nå satta mål.
Planerar och arbetar operativt utifrån strategisk verksamhetsplan, mål, budget och KPI:er.
Genomför urval och segmenteringar, bygger medlemsresor.
Ansvarar för uppföljning och analys av medlemsresor, aktiviteter och kampanjer.
Säkerställer att analyser och insikter delas och används i det fortsatta arbetet.
Bygger och kravställer funktionalitet i CRM-systemet.
Requirements
Utbildning inom området eller motsvarande erfarenheter inhämtade på andra sätt.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i CRM i verksamhetsnära roll
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
