About the role

  • Client Success Manager at Bookassist working with clients across Czech and DACH markets. Driving revenue growth and optimizing online booking platforms for hotel clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as an escalation point
  • Drive and grow revenue for a portfolio of clients in the Czech and DACH markets
  • Communicate ongoing to ensure client online booking platform optimization
  • Develop online strategies that meet individual client needs
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing team to maximize online visibility and drive qualified traffic
  • Ensure client websites are optimized for conversion using latest strategies
  • Educate clients on new digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years working within the Hospitality Industry and/or related 3rd Level Qualification
  • Experience working in a Revenue role essential
  • Fluency in CZ, German, and English are mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends & useful applications
  • Problem-solving attitude through proactive approach
