Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program builds—from early scoping and roadmap creation to execution, delivery, and iteration—across high-impact global initiatives
Serve as the central driver for programs that span functions including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and the Revenue organization
Translate company goals into coordinated operational strategies and frameworks that scale
Manage progress, surface risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
Serve as a thought partner to executive stakeholders, building clear narratives and presentations for leadership forums
Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and global capabilities
Continuously evolve program strategy based on results, learnings, and business needs
Requirements
6+ years of experience in operations or program management, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proven ability to independently lead complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to and aligning senior leaders
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; thrives in matrixed environments
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and drive action
Track record of building scalable solutions that align with financial and strategic goals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in healthcare is a plus.
