Interim HR Business Partner supporting operational and strategic HR processes in a German production company. Collaborating closely with central HR throughout the employee lifecycle and reporting.
Responsibilities
Holistic HR support for the production site across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee support, development, separation)
Trusted HR sparring partner for site management and leaders on all personnel-related matters
Close cooperation with central HR, particularly on policies, processes and reporting
Support and coordination of employment-law matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Design and implementation of a new learning and qualification project for employees at the production site
Support for change and development processes in the production environment
Requirements
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Solid knowledge of operational and strategic HR management
Experience working with central HR functions
Practical knowledge of employment law
Experience in building or further developing learning and qualification programs is an advantage
Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and a pragmatic working style
Interim experience desirable
