About the role

  • Interim HR Business Partner supporting operational and strategic HR processes in a German production company. Collaborating closely with central HR throughout the employee lifecycle and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic HR support for the production site across the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, employee support, development, separation)
  • Trusted HR sparring partner for site management and leaders on all personnel-related matters
  • Close cooperation with central HR, particularly on policies, processes and reporting
  • Support and coordination of employment-law matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and implementation of a new learning and qualification project for employees at the production site
  • Support for change and development processes in the production environment

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Solid knowledge of operational and strategic HR management
  • Experience working with central HR functions
  • Practical knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in building or further developing learning and qualification programs is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and a pragmatic working style
  • Interim experience desirable
