About the role

  • Teamlead managing People & Culture functions for SpiraTec group, responsible for Employee Lifecycle. Overseeing HR processes and team development in a hybrid role based in Speyer, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and line management for the HR team
  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Improve existing processes and build organizational structures
  • Shape the people strategy and company culture

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams
  • Knowledge of German labor law and payroll
  • Experience in workforce planning and HR controlling
  • Practical experience in process and project management
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
