About the role

  • SMB Account Manager driving net revenue retention and closing security gaps for clients at Spin.AI. Managing a portfolio of SMBs to ensure comprehensive SaaS security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated book of SMB business, acting as the primary point of contact for IT Directors and Security Admins.
  • Monitor account health metrics and utilization rates to prevent churn before it happens.
  • Ensure "sticky" adoption of our security controls across the client’s organization.
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities, focusing on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B Account Management with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Experience managing pipelines in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape (Ransomware, DLP, Shadow IT).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (capable of leading QBRs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field is a nice-to-have.
