About the role

  • Business Development Representative responsible for building sales pipelines at Speexx. Using data-driven methods to qualify leads for international sales teams in an agile SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through data-driven outbound activities (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • Turn data and touchpoints from the entire marketing funnel into real business opportunities.
  • Research target accounts, with a focus on Public Administration and B2G, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Use CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage leads and ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and lead handover.
  • Monitor KPIs, report on results, and continuously optimize prospecting activities.
  • Share market and prospect insights with Marketing and Management.
  • Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company’s marketing team

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar B2B sales role.
  • Ability to work in a fast moving B2B business environment
  • Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset as well a passion for testing, analyzing and iterating
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outbound tools.
  • Interest in the HR and people development market is a strong plus.
  • Understand and work with data driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus
  • Results driven and sales oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
