Responsibilities
Support in implementing, optimizing, and evaluating fundraising campaigns across online channels (email marketing, performance marketing for lead generation, and direct marketing (Meta, Google)).
Research and develop content for fundraising campaigns across all online channels, including copywriting, image selection, and other creative elements.
Create and optimize landing pages and other campaign resources for fundraising initiatives.
Assist with administrative tasks such as donor communication and postal mailings.
Support technical projects related to CRM, website, and the donation platform.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in a field such as digital marketing, fundraising, communication design, media and communication studies, or a related discipline.
Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
Interest in humanitarian issues and migration policy, and enthusiasm for the mission and values of SOS MEDITERRANEE at the European level.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Self‑initiative and flexibility.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Advantageous: experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, website management systems, and advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
