About the role

  • Marketing Manager overseeing campaigns and planning for a Berlin-based health startup. Responsible for orchestrating marketing activities and ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning (60%): Plan and own all campaigns — from flash sales to Black Week, from concept to reporting. Combine e‑commerce best practices with our topics and products. Orchestrate all channels so they work seamlessly together: email, WhatsApp, print mailings, social media and CRM flows.
  • Content & Asset Planning (15%): Own all campaign assets — from briefing to approval. Shape themes, slogans, copy and offers that resonate. Plan our Instagram feed to align with active campaigns. Manage campaign assets in Shopify, Klaviyo and ChatArmin.
  • Stakeholder Management (15%): Work closely with the founder and with design, customer service, operations, finance and CRM. Coordinate external partners (e.g., performance or CRM agencies) — keeping everyone up to date, on‑brand and tightly aligned.
  • Brand Management (10%): Keep tone of voice and visual identity consistent across all channels. Build trust and brand loyalty through clear messaging and strong value propositions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing (e‑commerce/startup experience is a plus)
  • Generalist and organizational talent who enjoys hands‑on work and has a feel for strategy
  • Ambitious, resilient and quick to learn — you finish what you start and scale your skills fast
  • Strong in language and concept: excellent German (C2/native level) and confident English
  • Data‑minded and structured: KPIs, uplifts, contribution margins — you measure, understand and prioritise
  • Detail‑oriented without losing sight of the big picture; proactive, hands‑on and reliable
