Responsibilities

  • Champion organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
  • Build strong, influential partnerships with business leaders
  • Translate business needs into effective HR solutions
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives
  • Support and implement restructuring and change management processes
  • Champion talent development and mobility
  • Proactively propose and deliver initiatives to boost engagement and foster a positive organisational culture
  • Represent HR at business meetings

Requirements

  • Proven HR business partnering experience in a complex, multicultural corporate environment
  • Strong generalist HR foundation and graduate calibre
  • Excellent influencing, organisational, and communication skills at all levels
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, self-starting approach
  • Ability to travel occasionally throughout Europe
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
