Responsibilities
- Recibir, registrar y brindar soporte básico de primer nivel a los usuarios del CONTRATANTE que establezcan comunicación con la Mesa de Ayuda
- Analizar, diagnosticar, solucionar o escalar los casos reportados a la Mesa de Ayuda
- Hacer seguimiento a las llamadas registradas
- Determinar en el menor tiempo posible la necesidad de escalar el requerimiento al siguiente nivel de soporte
- Escalar al nivel correspondiente los casos que no pueden ser cerrados por Soporte en Sitio
- Orientar a los usuarios que lo soliciten sobre las herramientas corporativas
- Mantener informados al jefe inmediato de todas las actividades y/o alertas que pongan en riesgo la salud del proyecto
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los ANS comprometidos con el cliente y los indicadores de productividad y calidad internos
Requirements
- Profesional Ingeniero de Electrónico, Comercial, sistemas, de telecomunicaciones, industrial o afines
- Conocimientos y experiencia en el área comercial, Mesas de Ayuda, Soporte en sitio
- Gestión de activos
- Conocimientos en Software (BMC, ARANDA, JIRA, CA, ITIL,)
- Conocimientos en IA
- Conocimiento en Automatizaciones
- Mínimo 5 a 7 años de experiencia en Dirección de Preventa
- Experiencia en preventas en empresas de TI
