Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Store Investigators in daily activities to prevent theft and fraud
Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, payroll, and attendance
Train and develop Store Investigators, setting goals and expectations
Work with the Analytics Manager to allocate resources effectively
Ensure investigators maintain accurate records of apprehensions and external issues
Generate monthly KPI reports to identify trends
Requirements
At least 5 years of investigation experience
Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
A provincial security license is required in some provinces
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to use relevant technologies
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
