About the role

  • Store Investigations Supervisor leading a team to prevent theft and fraud in TJX Canada stores. Collaborating with various teams to improve strategies and enhance the Loss Prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Store Investigators in daily activities to prevent theft and fraud
  • Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, payroll, and attendance
  • Train and develop Store Investigators, setting goals and expectations
  • Work with the Analytics Manager to allocate resources effectively
  • Ensure investigators maintain accurate records of apprehensions and external issues
  • Generate monthly KPI reports to identify trends

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of investigation experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
  • A provincial security license is required in some provinces
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to use relevant technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
