Events & Industry Relationships Manager planning and executing national events for PropLogix. Focused on logistics, customer engagement, and maintaining a professional brand presence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate PropLogix participation in conferences and trade shows nationwide
Plan and execute events hosted by PropLogix for customers, partners, and prospects
Support customer relationship initiatives that help strengthen long-term partnerships
Maintain the systems and organization required to keep events running smoothly
Requirements
3+ years of experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, or professional events
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Comfortable building relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
Ability to assist with hands-on event logistics when needed (including lifting event materials up to 40 lbs)
The ability to travel up to 5% of the time or to at least 3-4 shows/conferences a year, some out of state
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Experience working in B2B industries, associations, or professional services
Experience coordinating sponsorships or industry partnerships
