Responsibilities
Local HR and Legal Expertise: Monitoring HR legislation and regulations within your scope
Engagement and Transformation: Supporting and locally developing HR projects and initiatives
On-site Guidance: Providing support to employees and managers within the HR organization
Social Relations: Maintaining dialogue with employee representatives and local social institutions
Requirements
Education and degree in social law or human resources or equivalent through experience
Relevant work experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian social law
Excellent command of Dutch; English and/or French is a plus
Highly developed social skills; analytical and acting with integrity
Dynamic team player; high degree of autonomy; sense of initiative
