About the role

  • Site HR Partner at Solvay managing HR functions for Belgium and Netherlands. Assisting onboarding, development, and maintaining positive team dynamics across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Local HR and Legal Expertise: Monitoring HR legislation and regulations within your scope
  • Engagement and Transformation: Supporting and locally developing HR projects and initiatives
  • On-site Guidance: Providing support to employees and managers within the HR organization
  • Social Relations: Maintaining dialogue with employee representatives and local social institutions

Requirements

  • Education and degree in social law or human resources or equivalent through experience
  • Relevant work experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of Dutch and Belgian social law
  • Excellent command of Dutch; English and/or French is a plus
  • Highly developed social skills; analytical and acting with integrity
  • Dynamic team player; high degree of autonomy; sense of initiative
