Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the portfolio of active partners, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and sustainable results;
- Monitor partnership performance indicators (revenue, deal volume, conversion, NPV, etc.);
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing base;
- Develop joint growth plans with partners (business plans, targets, and timelines);
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings and present performance results;
- Support marketing and communications activities aimed at partners;
- Work in synergy with commercial, marketing, product, billing, and operations teams to maximize results;
- Ensure compliance with established contracts and SLAs;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Distributed Generation (DG) regulation;
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel;
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (RD Station);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, relational profile, and results-oriented;
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and commercial performance indicators;
- Previous experience managing partnerships, channels, accounts, or B2B relationships (farmer profile);
