Responsibilities
Manage relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
Oversee the execution of marketing services, such as Press Releases (PR) and email campaigns, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with other departments, including content and design, to ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
Work with clients to establish project timelines and ensure projects are delivered within specified constraints.
Proactively identify and address issues or concerns during project delivery, ensuring prompt resolution while keeping clients informed of progress and necessary changes.
Identify potential avenues for expanding business with existing clients by recognising upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promptly communicate them to the reporting manager.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers, providing transparent updates on project status and key milestones.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying ways to add value to the client's business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and social media platforms.
Fintech Industry Knowledge: Beneficial to have knowledge of the fintech industry, allowing for more effective engagement with clients and understanding of their needs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
