About the role

  • Account Manager in a leading Marketing Agency overseeing client relationships and marketing services execution. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing services, such as Press Releases (PR) and email campaigns, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including content and design, to ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
  • Work with clients to establish project timelines and ensure projects are delivered within specified constraints.
  • Proactively identify and address issues or concerns during project delivery, ensuring prompt resolution while keeping clients informed of progress and necessary changes.
  • Identify potential avenues for expanding business with existing clients by recognising upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promptly communicate them to the reporting manager.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers, providing transparent updates on project status and key milestones.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying ways to add value to the client's business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and social media platforms.
  • Fintech Industry Knowledge: Beneficial to have knowledge of the fintech industry, allowing for more effective engagement with clients and understanding of their needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
  • Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong cultural adaptability and collaborative mindset.​
