Responsibilities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Managers for further development and closure
Process sales orders
Following up on leads
Communicating with customers
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
Preparing quotes
Updating the CRM system
Work closely other departments to ensure accurate orders are sent out for delivery
Solar design systems (training provided)
Customer service
Requirements
Proven internal sales experience
Track record of achieving targets
Strong phone presence and experience cold calling
Experience with online ordering an CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Exceptional customer service skills
A proactive “can do” attitude
